Ostia Tools offer for sale this Boxford AUD lathe in original single phase. 

Metric graduations and gearbox. 230v single phase. Machine can be run from a normal household 3 pin plug. 

Full working order

The top half of the machine has undergone a paint job. The paintwork looks fine until you open up the areas where the painter has missed and then it becomes a lot more obvious. To give them some credit, they haven’t got paint in the areas which shouldn’t have paint. 

Machine is supplied with:

3 Jaw chuck with both internal and external jaws

quick change tool post with 4 tool holders. 1 parting tool and 3 standard.

Drill chuck for tailstock (eagle eyed buyers will notice two in the photos but only one is required and supplied with the machine)

Pair of dead centres and a headstock morse taper reducing bush

Revolving centre for tailstock 

Faceplate 

Drive/catch plate. 

Fitted with the Tee slotted cross slide and saddle stop clamp.

Only thing this machine is really missing is the 4 jaw chuck.
