Ostia Tools offer for sale this Boxford Lathe 5″ Tailstock. 

Removed from a Mk3 lathe but will fit any 5″ centre height 3656 series lathe. Feel free to send us a photo of your machine model number and we can tell you if it will fit. 

Could do with a strip down and clean. It all works smoothly but it’s a little dirty.
