Metric graduations and both imperial and metric screw cutting

Power feeds on both axis
We have cleaned and serviced this machine. We have fitted new coolant pipework, new bed wipers, new headstock mat and new apron bellows.
We have also had the gearbox off as they tend to seize up on ex-school M300s due to lack of use. The oil thickens up and makes it impossible to turn the number dial. The only way around is to remove the gearbox and throughly clean it. We have done this and fitted a new gasket.
Machine is in full working order.
It does have the thread dial indicator and it is not the gap bed model.

3 jaw chuck with both internal and external jaws
4 jaw independent chuck
56T gear for MOD thread cutting
revolving centre for tailstock
Drill chuck for tailstock
Pair of centres and the headstock taper reducing bush
drive plate for turning between centres
Quick change tool post with 5 holders ( 4 are standard tool holders and 1 is an 1MT holder)
Cosmetically, there is a lot of paint loss to the drip tray and there is paint loss where some servicing stickers have been put on the gear train cover. We don’t get involved with painting machines as we don’t want to cover up any sins but some touch up paint on these areas would transform the machine.
