Refurbished Union Graduate Wood Turning Lathe Variable Speed 230v & Extractor

Description

This machine started life as a Union Graduate lathe as any other but was fortunate to be taken on by HME Technology and fully refurbished. 

The machine has been stripped and repainted. However, there are a few cracks starting to show and two areas where paint has chipped off. One area is where the bed meets the headstock and the other is on the headstock directly below this bed/headstock joint. 

The machine has also been fitted with a VFD variable speed system. This gives forward and reverse as well as the variable speed. The knob is missing off the selector between Fast and Slow but we have a replacement on order and it will be fitted before dispatch. 

Machine comes with the long and short tool rests as well as the spindle nose cover. 

Also comes with a dual thread faceplate for both sides of the lathe. Threads are original graduate threads. Supplied with the 4 jaw chuck shown on the machine. 

We are selling this machine with the extractor and dust collection stand. Happy to sell without if not required.
