Ostia Tools offer for sale this very clean Meddings Compact Drill Press. 

230v single phase. Runs from a normal house hold 3 pin plug. 

Full working order. Runs great. 

Some very small drill mark hole to the table. The casting used on the table is the same that is used on the foot so if it really too bothersome to have those holes in the table, it could easily be switched for the foot.
