Travelling steady, although the replaceable brass tips are fairly worn down. 

It is fitted with the taper turning attachment but we are missing the bar which connects the taper turning attachment to the bracket mounted on the rear of the bed at the tailstock end. Having never personally used a taper turning attachment, I am not sure how important that part is when taper turning. Having looked at some online, it does seem to be a straight round bar with a thread on one end but others look to have a flexible joint just after the thread. 

Another point to note on this machine is that one of the 3 holes for the cam lock where the chuck mounts onto the spindle is damaged. Not exactly sure how this damage could have been done and it does not seem to affect the accuracy of the machine. We have highlighted the damage in the photos.
